If you found us through our email, these are the questions authors ask first.
Is this a paid service?
Preparing your feature is free: the prompts or voice session, the writing and the layout preview. Only if you approve the finished draft in writing do you choose a package: $100, $200 or $350 USD. If you do not approve, you pay nothing.

Why did I receive your email?
We contact published independent authors whose books are publicly available and who we think could be a good fit for a spotlight feature. Our email is an invitation, not an obligation. If you are not interested, you do not need to do anything.
How did you choose my book?
We work with published authors who have a standalone book. We read your book and choose one title to feature. Being contacted does not mean you have won anything or been ranked against other authors.
Who will see my feature?
That depends on the package you choose after approval. Basic publishes a press page on our website. Standard adds publication on USA Wire. Premium adds distribution through EIN Presswire. Anyone can read the published pages, and your written agreement lists exactly where your feature appears. We do not promise any particular number of readers.
Can I decline after seeing the draft?
Yes. If you decline, nothing is published, nothing is charged, your files are deleted, and we do not follow up unless you ask us to.
How can I verify Verilo Literary is legitimate?
Check that our emails come from hello@verilo.online and that links lead to verilo.online. Open the live features in our Portfolio on USA Wire and EIN Presswire. Our Verify Us page lists each step. We never ask for payment before you have approved a finished draft in writing.
What results can I realistically expect?
A professionally written feature, published where your package and written agreement say. We do not guarantee sales, reviews, search rankings, indexing or search visibility. Results vary from author to author.
Do I keep the rights to my content?
Yes. Your book and your own words remain yours. You keep editorial control of the feature before approval, and you can ask us to take it down from our website at any time. See our Author Agreement and Approval Policy.
Do I have to do a call?
No. The Written Track is email only: three short editorial prompts you answer in your own time. The 15-minute Voice Session Track is optional.
What is the difference between USA Wire and EIN Presswire?
Both are independent paid distribution services that we use. USA Wire (usawire.com) publishes your written feature as an article on its site, which is included in the Standard and Premium packages. EIN Presswire (einpresswire.com) distributes the feature as a press release and provides a distribution report, which is included in the Premium package.
Neither service is The Associated Press, and we do not claim any link to it. Publication on either service is not an editorial endorsement.
How do I contact a real person?
